Spectators: 166 (Terracing: 125, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fred Lara took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Benedykt Lanczak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but La Para was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. In the 13th minute, Benedykt Lanczak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. After some careless play in the FC Lugano defense, Benedykt Lanczak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of La Para. The FC Lugano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that La Para should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute, Benedykt Lanczak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. In the 27th minute Benedykt Lanczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but La Para saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Ahmet Hamdi Baran quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Julio Palluzzi, made in the 35th minute of the game. When Einar Hedström came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Einar Hedström couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Lugano's goalkeeper La Para, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Edmondo Gulli charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edmondo Gulli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 51 played minutes FC Lugano got a freekick which was hit by Edmondo Gulli. La Para showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedykt Lanczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Onur-Recep Kıvrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cui Cheng Liang in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Lara in the 61st minute of play forced Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalkeeper Onur-Recep Kıvrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Onur-Recep Kıvrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Lara in the 62nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedykt Lanczak in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg La Para saved FC Lugano from getting behind. 70 minutes into the match, Benedykt Lanczak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of La Para. FC Lugano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benedykt Lanczak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ made a substitution. Yağız Macit replaced Anastasio Jurdan. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ made a substitution. Ahmet Harun Siraceddin replaced Einar Hedström. FC Lugano's Benoit Ritieni was substituted for Fred Lara. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Florentino Greatwich in the 80th minute. A nice corner shot did that Alessio Romagnoli got away a dangerous shot. Despite this La Para quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 84 minutes into the match, Deng Jie Wei notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of FC Lugano's La Para. La Para was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 87thth minute of the game Deng Jie Wei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Lugano's La Para was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Harun Siraceddin got free with La Para in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the match, FC Lugano's goal looked a bit too open when Deng Jie Wei came free, but La Para reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute of the match Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ got a corner. FC Lugano's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Florentino Greatwich ran over to the corner to take the kick. Deng Jie Wei might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over La Para. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Deng Jie Wei ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, FC Lugano's La Para got control of the ball when Deng Jie Wei tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ played a much better game than FC Lugano and deserved their victory. The FC Lugano players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
