Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Palermo's Santiago Mino started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Victorino Francis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Brysz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Dariusz Brysz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victorino Francis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 15th minute Dariusz Brysz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Francis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 minutes Palermo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rangel Parashkevov who took care of the corner kick. FC Devils's Viktoras Rurin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Victorino Francis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Palermo's Victorino Francis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dariusz Brysz in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Dariusz Brysz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Francis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnoldo Medina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dariusz Brysz in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victorino Francis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dariusz Brysz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Victorino Francis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Brysz in the 30th minute of the match. Victorino Francis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Brysz in the 32nd minute of play. Aad Aab lost his temper 35 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. When the match had been going on for 36 minutes, Palermo's Saul Felo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Artur Boruc. FC Devils's Fabiano Tomaszewski quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Isaias Grove, made in the 39th minute of the game. If Isaac Henrico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaias Grove made in the 45th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Santiago Mino. Isaac Henrico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isaac Henrico made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabiano Tomaszewski in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorino Francis saved Palermo from getting behind. Sven-Arne Olsson kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Fabiano Tomaszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Palermo's Victorino Francis got control of the ball when Fabiano Tomaszewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Mino in the 66th minute of play forced FC Devils's goalkeeper Artur Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Fabiano Tomaszewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Devils's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabiano Tomaszewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victorino Francis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 70th minute Arnoldo Medina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Boruc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelino Chaime, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 77th minute, Fabiano Tomaszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Devils's Tobiasz Orszak was substituted for Isaac Henrico. FC Devils's Bartlomiej Andrysiak was substituted for Gustavo Severiano. In the 79th minute, Fabiano Tomaszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artur Boruc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldo Medina in the 80th minute of the match. If Dariusz Brysz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Palermo's Patryk Wiater was substituted for Marcelino Chaime. After a rather tough play, Palermo's Maximino Gonzalez got a free kick in the 87th minute. After 91 played minutes Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Grove. Fabiano Tomaszewski hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Tobiasz Orszak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Victorino Francis. That made the score 1-2 in the 94 minute of play. The Palermo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Devils were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
