Witalis Maruda was slow to take the kick. During this time Sportivo Ben Hur's players had a chance to rest. 9 minutes into the match, LEGIA Bielany's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Hagi came free, but Black Boruc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Primitivo Chaime had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Montrell Harrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Mitus in the 18th minute of the match. Sportivo Ben Hur's Montrell Harrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franciszek Dresik in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Zbyszko Bierfass hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Black Boruc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Primitivo Chaime in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute, Sportivo Ben Hur's Anselmo Lluis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anselmo Lluis in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Black Boruc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sportivo Ben Hur's Montrell Harrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franciszek Dresik in the 37th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Eduardo Arnalt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Hannibal Lecter managed to get in a good position for a shot. LEGIA Bielany's supporters rose to their feet, but Hannibal Lecter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Montrell Harrell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Primitivo Chaime's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Black Boruc was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Black Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Lluis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Primitivo Chaime fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Black Boruc having to interfere. The supporters of LEGIA Bielany booed when Sportivo Ben Hur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Chaime didn't get a good kick on the ball. Black Boruc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Lluis in the 56th minute of the match. Montrell Harrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franciszek Dresik, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. A collision led to Sportivo Ben Hur getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Délio Toledo hit a great ball. Sportivo Ben Hur's Emanuel Hielscher was substituted for Délio Toledo. Pawel Mitus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Montrell Harrell made a huge save. After 72 minutes Sportivo Ben Hur's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Franciszek Dresik who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to LEGIA Bielany getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Walter Sobchak hit a great ball. After 74 played minutes Sportivo Ben Hur got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Arnalt. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Franciszek Dresik managed to get in a good position for a shot. LEGIA Bielany's supporters rose to their feet, but Franciszek Dresik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
