Rodion Cămătaru started the match with the kick off. Dacian Iurea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Afonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Ernesto Txanton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Characate FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernesto Txanton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dacian Iurea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 13 played minutes Characate FC got a freekick which was hit by David Lidman. Dacian Iurea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ernesto Txanton took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dacian Iurea. Dacian Iurea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Dacian Iurea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Afonso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dacian Iurea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Afonso in the 45th minute of the match. The FC Berea players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Characate FC were winning 0-4.

FC Berea made a substitution. Berea Avram replaced Moise Boacă. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leopoldo Afonso to make the kick off. Benjamin Price showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berea Luca in the 52nd minute of the match. Benjamin Price showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodion Cămătaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodion Cămătaru in the 60th minute of play forced Characate FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Price to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th match minute, FC Berea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berea Avram to maneuver through the defense. Ernesto Txanton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Leopoldo Afonso came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Characate FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leopoldo Afonso couldn't finish the play. 80 minutes into the game, Rodion Cămătaru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Benjamin Price was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Basarab Arotăriței in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin Price saved Characate FC from getting behind. In the 86thth minute of the game Rodion Cămătaru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Characate FC's Benjamin Price was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adrian Hâldan's late challenge caught a Characate FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Hâldan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th minute, one of FC Berea:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Berea. After a rather tough play, Characate FC's Gerardo Santikurtz got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the final whistle sounded Characate FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Berea.
