Kristen Gulskov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Cochrane, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Kristen Gulskov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svend Betz in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Cochrane in the 21st minute of play forced Monks in Robes's goalkeeper Kristen Gulskov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Monks in Robes's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Cochrane came free, but Kristen Gulskov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FSX UNITED's Ye Wei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Ree in the 28th minute of play. If Axel Ree had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Evelio Matetich's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristen Gulskov was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. 37 minutes into the match, Monks in Robes's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Cochrane came free, but Kristen Gulskov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FSX UNITED's Ye Wei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save FSX UNITED from getting a goal against them. When Thomas Cochrane fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FSX UNITED's protests and gave Thomas Cochrane a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes FSX UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Cochrane.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Svend Betz made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Ree in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ye Wei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to FSX UNITED getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Liu Peng Cheng hit a great ball. In the 55th minute Fidel Havier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ye Wei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Monks in Robes's Mihăiţă Opriș quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Aldo Benvenuto, made in the 59th minute of the game. Monks in Robes's Kristen Gulskov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Monks in Robes from getting a goal against them. FSX UNITED's Amancio Baesler was substituted for Svend Betz. FSX UNITED made a substitution. Mircea Popilean replaced Evelio Matetich. Monks in Robes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fidel Havier in the 72nd minute. The corner ended in Fidel Havier almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FSX UNITED's Ye Wei did a great save. Mircea Popilean walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 82 minutes into the match, FSX UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Ree came free, but Ye Wei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Monks in Robes getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Mihăiţă Opriș hit a great ball. Monks in Robes's Kristen Gulskov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Salas in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Axel Ree ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ye Wei was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Mihăiţă Opriș might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ye Wei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mihăiţă Opriș ran back to his position shaking his head. With an all-out effort, FSX UNITED's Kristen Gulskov threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcelo Salas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kristen Gulskov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amancio Baesler in the 93rd minute. After 95 minutes of play, FSX UNITED's Amancio Baesler made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristen Gulskov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amancio Baesler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
