One of Plebeyos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Ouagadougou National:s goal. Arsenio Cordeal made an important save on a dangerous shot by William Westelinx in the 8th minute. 21 minutes into the match, FC Ouagadougou National's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Vergaray came free, but Rene Vereijt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arsenio Cordeal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Westelinx in the 25th minute of the match. FC Ouagadougou National's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dani Rojas in the 26th minute. Dani Rojas made a great header on FC Ouagadougou National's corner, it was just that Plebeyos's Arsenio Cordeal managed to reach the ball for a save. Arsenio Cordeal made an important save on a dangerous shot by William Westelinx in the 29th minute. Arsenio Cordeal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jedrzej Kiszkiel in the 32nd minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, FC Ouagadougou National's goal looked a bit too open when Aaden Hutton came free, but Rene Vereijt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aaden Hutton to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Sean Westelinx's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arsenio Cordeal was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. 52 minutes into the game, FC Ouagadougou National's William Westelinx nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arsenio Cordeal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Aaden Hutton who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Rene Vereijt when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaden Hutton got free with Rene Vereijt in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Aaden Hutton got free in front of the goal in the 71st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Rene Vereijt was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Arsenio Cordeal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Westelinx, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Arsenio Cordeal came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Ouagadougou National's Hamza Yavaş. But to his dismay, Hamza Yavaş quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Plebeyos's Arsenio Cordeal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jedrzej Kiszkiel in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute Nazmi Tanberk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Cordeal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Plebeyos getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Kåre Uter hit a great ball. Plebeyos's Paulino Diegotxe was substituted for Carlos Monzón. Kåre Uter hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Aaden Hutton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Rene Vereijt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Plebeyos made a substitution. Gilberto Gizon replaced Emilio Quin. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Ouagadougou National fans cheered their team off the field, for while Plebeyos had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
