The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, KD Stiger's goalkeeper Benjamin Blixt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cornel Braniște. Benjamin Blixt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Borja Yebra in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damazy Polek in the 6th minute of play forced KD Stiger's goalkeeper Benjamin Blixt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamin Blixt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damazy Polek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamin Blixt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Polek in the 15th minute of play. If Ulf Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Borja Yebra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benjamin Blixt was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 26th minute of the match, Borja Yebra got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benjamin Blixt was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Benjamin Blixt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Polek in the 28th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damazy Polek in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin Blixt saved KD Stiger from getting behind. Damazy Polek let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 32nd minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. In the 37th minute of the match MZ Wodzisław Śląski got a corner. KD Stiger's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cornel Braniște ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 39th minute Ulf Olofsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Siedlecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Blixt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damazy Polek in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the game, Damazy Polek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Benjamin Blixt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Tytus Niemoj was substituted for Przemyslaw Kiepski. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ulf Olofsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vilgot Sandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Damazy Polek got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cyprian Tepper hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute of the match Benjamin Stark sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jaroslaw Siedlecki skillfully saved the ball. In the 59th minute Damazy Polek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Blixt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Borja Yebra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benjamin Blixt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. After having played for 83 minutes, Tytus Niemoj managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MZ Wodzisław Śląski's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tytus Niemoj was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Ernst Asmundsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the game, Damazy Polek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Benjamin Blixt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benjamin Blixt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Polek in the 98th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the MZ Wodzisław Śląski players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
