Zbyszko Leper came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Linköpings AIK's Arvid Carlsson. But to his dismay, Arvid Carlsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. BYDGOSTIA were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Linköpings AIK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sebastian Bochynski took the corner. Sebastian Bochynski made a great header on BYDGOSTIA's corner, it was just that Linköpings AIK's Jimmy Olsson managed to reach the ball for a save. BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julien Staffelbach in the 33rd minute of play. Zbyszko Leper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvid Carlsson in the 36th minute of the match. Stefan Blomqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Dariusz Smuskiewicz hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After 47 played minutes BYDGOSTIA got a freekick which was hit by Dariusz Smuskiewicz.

In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind BYDGOSTIA's goalkeeper Zbyszko Leper, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arvid Carlsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joakim Mikaelsson in the 59th minute of play forced BYDGOSTIA's goalkeeper Zbyszko Leper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicklas Lindström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Jimmy Olsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Julien Staffelbach could shoot a difficult shot in the 63rd minute, which Zbyszko Leper however easily saved by the left post. Olgierd Kowalski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jimmy Olsson having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olgierd Kowalski in the 64th minute of play forced Linköpings AIK's goalkeeper Jimmy Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 67 minutes of play, BYDGOSTIA's Olgierd Kowalski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jimmy Olsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 74 minutes into the match, Olgierd Kowalski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jimmy Olsson. Linköpings AIK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olgierd Kowalski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. BYDGOSTIA made a substitution. Patryk Zgonina replaced Sebastian Bochynski. Arvid Carlsson scored 2-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zbyszko Leper, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Linköpings AIK were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing BYDGOSTIA to leave the ground with a draw.
