Sten Hökqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sten Hökqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Rönnöfors FF's Sten Hökqvist got a free kick in the 11th minute. When Eleuterio Nuno came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Q. T. I. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eleuterio Nuno couldn't finish the play. Leopoldo Vermudo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Hubert Fagrell made a huge save. Q. T. I. were furious when Haroldo Montrel was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of Q. T. I.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rönnöfors FF:s goal. Paulo Txatxu had in the 16thth minute some difficulties stopping Henry Fagerberg's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Paulo Txatxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Stenberg in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Stenberg in the 23rd minute of play forced Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rönnöfors FF's Hubert Fagrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Dolfo in the 29th minute of play. A collision led to Rönnöfors FF getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Sten Hökqvist hit a great ball. Eleuterio Nuno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hubert Fagrell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Horacio Dolfo struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Hubert Fagrell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Q. T. I.. Anibal Lluques who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 46thth minute tested the skills of Hubert Fagrell when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anibal Lluques made a kick off. Hubert Fagrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Lluques in the 51st minute of the match. Anibal Lluques spun around in front of the goal 51 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Rönnöfors FF's goal. 55 minutes into the match, Per Stenberg notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu. Paulo Txatxu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Per Tunström took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Txatxu. Paulo Txatxu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Q. T. I.'s Faustino Txerran was substituted for Leopoldo Vermudo. Per Tunström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Paulo Txatxu made a huge save. Anibal Lluques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Hubert Fagrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Torsten Åman in the 72nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Q. T. I.'s Lisandro Abeita. Anibal Lluques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Hubert Fagrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Q. T. I.'s goal looked a bit too open when Henry Fagerberg came free, but Paulo Txatxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Q. T. I.'s Anibal Lluques in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rönnöfors FF's goalie prevented a goal. Per Stenberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Paulo Txatxu made a huge save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rönnöfors FF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
