HollywooDogs's Chester Bennington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Gaardahl in the 20th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, La Maquina 9-12-18's Albert Gaardahl sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chester Bennington narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Albert Gaardahl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chester Bennington read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. When Ademar Santana fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HollywooDogs's protests and gave Ademar Santana a yellow card for diving instead. Ademar Santana kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléberson Prestes in the 33rd minute of play forced HollywooDogs's goalkeeper Chester Bennington to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chester Bennington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Vachon in the 35th minute of play. Albert Gaardahl might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chester Bennington. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albert Gaardahl ran back to his position shaking his head. 43 minutes into the match, Albert Gaardahl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chester Bennington. HollywooDogs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albert Gaardahl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The HollywooDogs players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La Maquina 9-12-18 were winning 0-2.

HollywooDogs's Chester Bennington proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save HollywooDogs from getting a goal against them. In the 53rd minute, Cléberson Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jose Vimaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 56th minute of play. After 56 played minutes HollywooDogs got a freekick which was hit by Ademar Santana. 63 minutes into the match, HollywooDogs's goalkeeper Chester Bennington had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albert Gaardahl. After a rather tough play, HollywooDogs's Zé Pedro Mineiro got a free kick in the 64th minute. La Maquina 9-12-18's Shpëtim Kume was substituted for Cléberson Prestes. Chester Bennington was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Albert Gaardahl capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Albert Gaardahl really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for HollywooDogs! In the 86th minute there was a penalty for La Maquina 9-12-18. Albert Gaardahl stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Chester Bennington. 0-4. Albert Gaardahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The HollywooDogs fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. La Maquina 9-12-18 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
