In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gnaget AIK's goalkeeper Viktor Kjellman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 11 minutes Gnaget AIK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Victor Amato who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Victor Amato got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Viktor Kjellman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Andreas Lundin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Epifanio Gabrio made a huge save. Epifanio Gabrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Åke Wall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan-Ove Dahlman had several of the Penuel Football Club's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 18 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Epifanio Gabrio as he didn't even see the shot coming. Epifanio Gabrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Lundin, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gnaget AIK's goalkeeper Viktor Kjellman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Viktor Kjellman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nando Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Nando Pereira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Viktor Kjellman was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Gnaget AIK's Viktor Kjellman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nando Pereira in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Åke Wall in the 39th minute of play forced Penuel Football Club's goalkeeper Epifanio Gabrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viktor Kjellman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Pereira in the 40th minute of play. In the 46th minute of the match, Andreas Lundin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Epifanio Gabrio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Epifanio Gabrio made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Andreas Lundin sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Nando Pereira made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Penuel Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mitxaut Resco to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Godholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Gabrio having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Nando Pereira took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Viktor Kjellman to make any attempt to save it. Nils-Erik Askelöf made in the 61st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jens-Ove Caspersson however managed to control. In the 62nd minute, Nando Pereira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Viktor Kjellman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Epifanio Gabrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Ove Dahlman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Jens-Ove Caspersson in the 73rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Penuel Football Club's Corderall Nieves. In the 74th minute, Jerry Boklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gnaget AIK's Herbert Lång was substituted for Andreas Lundin. The corner ended in Victor Amato almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gnaget AIK's Viktor Kjellman did a great save. When Pastor Gilesindo fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Penuel Football Club's protests and gave Pastor Gilesindo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th minute, Pastor Gilesindo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Epifanio Gabrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Ove Dahlman in the 80th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Penuel Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Ove Dahlman came free, but Epifanio Gabrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Penuel Football Club were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Gnaget AIK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Victor Amato took the corner. Gnaget AIK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Jorge-Luis Borges scored to the left of an out of position Viktor Kjellman, making the score, 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Pires in the 93rd minute of play forced Gnaget AIK's goalkeeper Viktor Kjellman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 95 minutes Gnaget AIK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Victor Amato who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Penuel Football Club's corner Victor Amato fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Viktor Kjellman quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Lång in the 96th minute of play forced Penuel Football Club's goalkeeper Epifanio Gabrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Penuel Football Club supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Penuel Football Club would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
