When Espen Steelers's Roman Beljean in 10 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Ferdinand Joldea guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Guilherme Félix hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Yang Sang Qian hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. If Williams Imholz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of TIMETER EC -DMZ- booed when Espen Steelers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Williams Imholz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gregor Kobel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofil Gorzkiewicz in the 28th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teofil Gorzkiewicz in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gregor Kobel saved Espen Steelers from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rogelio Montez got free with Ferdinand Joldea in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alain Berset in the 35th minute of play forced TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Ferdinand Joldea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Espen Steelers's Tobie Canclini got a free kick in the 37th minute. Gregor Kobel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofil Gorzkiewicz in the 41st minute of play. With a little luck, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Ferdinand Joldea got control of the ball when Roman Beljean tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Teofil Gorzkiewicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gregor Kobel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Roman Beljean struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Ferdinand Joldea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Espen Steelers. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Maximino Bidari was substituted for Guilherme Félix. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Rivaldo Brasil was substituted for Yang Sang Qian. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Diogo Faria was substituted for Teofil Gorzkiewicz. Diogo Faria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gregor Kobel having to make a save. In the 62nd minute Diogo Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregor Kobel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregor Kobel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diogo Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferdinand Joldea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rogelio Montez went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Espen Steelers's Lenny Rubin was substituted for Marco Odermatt. Espen Steelers made a substitution. Alex Ioneasa replaced Ingo Minder. 72 minutes into the match, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Stan Wawrinka came free, but Ferdinand Joldea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diogo Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregor Kobel having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Stan Wawrinka came free, but Ferdinand Joldea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diogo Faria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 81st minute, Diogo Faria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gregor Kobel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Federico Abud hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After having played for 85 minutes, Mané Matorin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Mané Matorin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Espen Steelers's Gregor Kobel got control of the ball when Diogo Faria tried to sneak it across the goal line. Diogo Faria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Espen Steelers supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s performance. The match ended with a win for TIMETER EC -DMZ-.
