After a defensive mix-up in Sociedad Anónima's zone, Xiao Zhen Yun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gianluigi Buffon came out of the goal and Xiao Zhen Yun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gianluigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xiao Zhen Yun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Agra charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Agra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of H4K.BR booed when Sociedad Anónima was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Agra didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Martin Zafiu came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the H4K.BR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Zafiu couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sociedad Anónima's goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sociedad Anónima made a substitution. Cordaryal Valdecañas replaced Ramos Trasmiera. H4K.BR's Tarcisio Severo was substituted for Ovidiu Goanță. João Vítor da Costa made in the 77th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Reynaldo Travassos however managed to control. Xiao Zhen Yun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Gianluigi Buffon made a huge save. In the 84th minute, Felix Larren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sociedad Anónima fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 2-5 when Reynaldo Travassos sped through Sociedad Anónima's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gianluigi Buffon.
