Atletico Maturrango's attentive Caton Oquendo managed to snatch the ball when Folke Malmström made a throw-in in the 6th minute of the game. After 6 played minutes RED KHAGAN got a freekick which was hit by Folke Malmström. The audience was convinced that Florencio Herbella's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atalan Cebeci was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. 14 minutes into the match, Atletico Maturrango's goalkeeper Weather Piedrahita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baturay Zaim. 17 minutes into the match, RED KHAGAN's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Herbella came free, but Atalan Cebeci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, RED KHAGAN's Baturay Zaim ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Weather Piedrahita. Weather Piedrahita yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 28th minute, Folke Malmström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Florencio Herbella managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletico Maturrango's supporters rose to their feet, but Florencio Herbella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atalan Cebeci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, Florencio Herbella notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of RED KHAGAN's Atalan Cebeci. Atalan Cebeci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baturay Zaim got free with Weather Piedrahita in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute Baturay Zaim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Weather Piedrahita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th match minute, Atletico Maturrango was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sindo Enterria to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Vedillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Weather Piedrahita made a huge save. Atletico Maturrango's Florencio Herbella got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Weather Piedrahita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baturay Zaim went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baturay Zaim to make the kick off. Florencio Herbella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atletico Maturrango made a substitution. Ederono Ojero replaced Florencio Herbella. Atletico Maturrango's Orlin Hinojosa was substituted for Lucas Sardaneta. Baturay Zaim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Weather Piedrahita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baturay Zaim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcial Zuazna kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes RED KHAGAN got a freekick which was hit by Folke Malmström. In the 89th match minute, RED KHAGAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Pereira to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Hitzeder Serans managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletico Maturrango's supporters rose to their feet, but Hitzeder Serans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atalan Cebeci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The RED KHAGAN supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Atletico Maturrango's performance. The match ended with a win for Atletico Maturrango.
