Santos Lauren took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elder de Toledo. Elder de Toledo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Elder de Toledo was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Sabino Valverde capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sabino Valverde really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pretorianos FC's goalkeeper Marciano Idacio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pretorianos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lino Budimir was slow to take the kick. During this time GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s players had a chance to rest. Elder de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabino Valverde in the 58th minute of play. Pretorianos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sabino Valverde was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pretorianos FC's Marciano Idacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kazimir Vrebac in the 68th minute of play. Elder de Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabino Valverde, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Tostão Ceresso struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Elder de Toledo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pretorianos FC. After a defensive mix-up in GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s zone, Tostão Ceresso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elder de Toledo came out of the goal and Tostão Ceresso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute, Sabino Valverde ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elder de Toledo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pretorianos FC fully deserved thier win.
