The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 5 minutes, Santos Lauren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pretorianos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santos Lauren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Pretorianos FC's André Courtois threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Santos Lauren, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marciano Idacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Staffan Apelqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Templars FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Márk Kovács in the 10th minute. In the 15th minute Márk Kovács shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Idacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sabino Valverde could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but André Courtois made a huge save. When Pretorianos FC's Santos Lauren in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Pretorianos FC's Primitivo Neron was substituted for Adan Pueblo. In the 44th match minute, Pretorianos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommi Kankaanpää to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes in the game Herminio Garaile did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Primitivo Neron. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Márk Kovács made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Márk Kovács kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marciano Idacio. That made the score 1-2 in the 59 minute of play. If Márk Kovács had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marciano Idacio made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Márk Kovács sent off a good shot on target. André Courtois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tostão Ceresso in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Márk Kovács reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marciano Idacio. The goal made the score 1-3. Templars FC made a substitution. Lawrence Buontempo replaced Jack Nicholson. The crowd rose to their feet as Templars FC's Márk Kovács slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marciano Idacio. That made the score 1-4 after 80 minutes of play. Templars FC's André Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tostão Ceresso in the 84th minute of play. Márk Kovács fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Idacio having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Templars FC's Márk Kovács sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marciano Idacio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the last second Marciano Idacio throw himself and got hold of the ball when Márk Kovács in the 89thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Marciano Idacio had great luck who in the 89thth minute grab hold of the ball when Márk Kovács from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 91st minute Sabino Valverde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tostão Ceresso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Márk Kovács scored 1-5 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marciano Idacio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Pretorianos FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Templars FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Templars FC.
