In the 11th match minute, Sabaneta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petri Romuroso to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Izaltina FAD's Manuel Alves got control of the ball when Stanislaw Cempa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Sabaneta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Firman Urquizu to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Izaltina FAD's Kaido Lilleorg got a free kick in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Izaltina FAD's goal looked a bit too open when Osmundo Bolde came free, but Manuel Alves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 66 minutes of play, Sabaneta FC's Rian Giggs made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manuel Alves was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sabaneta FC made a substitution. David Fuentes replaced Osmundo Bolde. Sabaneta FC's Kevin Mier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matías Mendes in the 73rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when William Angelsø got free with Kevin Mier in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 76 minutes into the match, Matías Mendes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kevin Mier. Sabaneta FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matías Mendes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Sabaneta FC made a substitution. Antonio Masciarelli replaced Stanislaw Cempa. Kevin Mier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Well-Well Waack in the 82nd minute of the match. Izaltina FAD's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Benito Lain in the 84th minute. The Sabaneta FC fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Sabaneta FC's Rian Giggs looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Manuel Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rian Giggs in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Izaltina FAD's Well-Well Waack dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Izaltina FAD were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
