Falcão Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Ferdinand in the 24th minute of the match. In the 29thth minute of the game Erasmo Simão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RIQUELME FC's Iwo Trzaskoma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute, Erasmo Simão made a precise shot to the right of Iwo Trzaskoma. RIQUELME FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. RIQUELME FC's Iwo Trzaskoma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Simão in the 44th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

In the 52nd match minute, RIQUELME FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Rico to maneuver through the defense. Erasmo Simão succeeded in the game's 55th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-8. In the 58thth minute of the game Erasmo Simão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RIQUELME FC's Iwo Trzaskoma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquin Xacintu in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iwo Trzaskoma prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amadeu de Alcântara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwo Trzaskoma having to interfere. After 70 played minutes RIQUELME FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Remir. After having played for 71 minutes, Gualter Sampaio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grentino FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gualter Sampaio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 73rd minute, Erasmo Simão reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Iwo Trzaskoma. The goal made the score 0-10. In the 76th minute, RIQUELME FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gualter Sampaio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 77 minutes into the match, Erasmo Simão dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Iwo Trzaskoma, 0-11. After 80th play minutes Erasmo Simão shot 0-12, a short shot which went by Iwo Trzaskoma and just under the crossbar into goal. RIQUELME FC's Iwo Trzaskoma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Simão in the 86th minute of play. Erasmo Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Iwo Trzaskoma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of RIQUELME FC booed when Grentino FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeu de Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Grentino FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than RIQUELME FC.
