The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. TotoRACING's Nataniel de la Rosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save TotoRACING from getting a goal against them. 12 minutes into the match, TotoRACING's goalkeeper Nataniel de la Rosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dewa Gol. Nataniel de la Rosa was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Dewa Gol capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dewa Gol really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 17th minute, Dewa Gol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bograngen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 20th match minute, TotoRACING was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Macario to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, TotoRACING's Lucas Otsoko got a free kick in the 21st minute. Dewa Gol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Bograngen's Gabriel Cordero got a free kick in the 27th minute. Nataniel de la Rosa made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Dewa Gol sent off a good shot on target. Dewa Gols short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Nataniel de la Rosa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cláudio-André Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Macario, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Dewa Gol sped through TotoRACING's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nataniel de la Rosa. TotoRACING's Nataniel de la Rosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dewa Gol in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dewa Gol was the one to do the kick off. Sergiu Cheptene scored 5-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nataniel de la Rosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Dewa Gol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sergiu Cheptene recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dewa Gol took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nataniel de la Rosa. Nataniel de la Rosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind TotoRACING's goalkeeper Nataniel de la Rosa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of TotoRACING booed when Bograngen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sverker Kullander didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Dewa Gol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nataniel de la Rosa. TotoRACING's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dewa Gol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. After a defensive mix-up in TotoRACING's zone, Dewa Gol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nataniel de la Rosa came out of the goal and Dewa Gol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the match, Bograngen's Dewa Gol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nataniel de la Rosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dewa Gol made a great header on Bograngen's corner, it was just that TotoRACING's Nataniel de la Rosa managed to reach the ball for a save. A throw-in in the 81st minute of the game was made by Lucas Otsoko with Godfredo Cordera as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 83 minutes into the match, Dewa Gol notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of TotoRACING's Nataniel de la Rosa. Nataniel de la Rosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. TotoRACING's Nataniel de la Rosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergiu Cheptene in the 89th minute of play. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bograngen fans cheered their team off the field, for while TotoRACING had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
