Flying Dutch's Luís Paulo Romero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Flying Dutch from getting a goal against them. The Flying Dutch fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Flying Dutch's Niceto Xacintu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Flying Dutch's Luís Paulo Romero got control of the ball when Cipriano Rik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alexsandro Tróia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvaro Amato having to make a save. Adan Unai kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. When Pascal Omont fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Niceto Xacintu hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Niceto Xacintu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Higinio Raymundo took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvaro Amato. Alvaro Amato dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Alexsandro Tróia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as MONCHOSFC's Cipriano Rik slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luís Paulo Romero. That made the score 1-2 after 44 minutes of play. The MONCHOSFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Flying Dutch were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Cipriano Rik made the kick off in the second half. Luís Paulo Romero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Rik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to MONCHOSFC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Adan Unai hit a great ball. Cipriano Rik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Xacintu in the 68th minute of play forced MONCHOSFC's goalkeeper Alvaro Amato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, MONCHOSFC's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Xacintu came free, but Alvaro Amato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Higinio Raymundo put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Alvaro Amato. Flying Dutch's Luís Paulo Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Rik in the 79th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Cipriano Rik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MONCHOSFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Luís Paulo Romero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Rik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodolfo Santos hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Cipriano Rik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 94 minutes into the match, Flying Dutch's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Rik came free, but Luís Paulo Romero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flying Dutch played a much better game than MONCHOSFC and deserved their victory. The MONCHOSFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
