In the 9th minute Cipriano Rik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arthur Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Victor de Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Raymundo in the 11th minute of play forced MONCHOSFC's goalkeeper Alvaro Amato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Higinio Raymundo made a precise shot to the right of Alvaro Amato. MONCHOSFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Shen Fan Shu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Higinio Raymundo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Alvaro Amato to make any attempt to save it. In the 33rd minute, Bruno Cisco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MONCHOSFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 36 minutes into the match, MONCHOSFC's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Raymundo came free, but Alvaro Amato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Victor de Salles made the kick off in the second half. Alvaro Amato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Higinio Raymundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cipriano Rik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Flying Dutch getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jardel Pinheiro hit a great ball. Marcos Che struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Arthur Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MONCHOSFC. Flying Dutch's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eurico Batista in the 92nd minute. When the referee ended the match the Flying Dutch players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
