C.'s Intxixu Porregimon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Mexilhão F. C. from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Mexilhão F. C.'s Intxixu Porregimon got control of the ball when Anak Selby tried to sneak it across the goal line. Intxixu Porregimon came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Begu Ganjang's Anak Selby. But to his dismay, Anak Selby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Manuel Aurelianu hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anak Selby in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Intxixu Porregimon saved Mexilhão F. C. from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Anak Selby managed to get in a good position for a shot. Begu Ganjang's supporters rose to their feet, but Anak Selby was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Intxixu Porregimon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mexilhão F. C.'s Intxixu Porregimon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anak Selby in the 27th minute of play. Tonio Bergada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel de Lara in the 28th minute of the match. Anak Selby took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Intxixu Porregimon. Intxixu Porregimon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anak Selby got free with Intxixu Porregimon in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the match, Begu Ganjang's goal looked a bit too open when Pedrão Mello came free, but Tonio Bergada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tonio Bergada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrão Mello in the 36th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Abel de Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the match, Mexilhão F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Anak Selby came free, but Intxixu Porregimon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anak Selby in the 40th minute of play forced Mexilhão F. C.'s goalkeeper Intxixu Porregimon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute Begu Ganjang were awarded a corner. Manuel Aurelianu went to the cornerflag to take it. Intxixu Porregimon made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Anak Selby sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedrão Mello to strike the kick off in the second half. Intxixu Porregimon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anak Selby in the 59th minute of play. Begu Ganjang's Tayyip Buğdaycı was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Intxixu Porregimon in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Anak Selby's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Intxixu Porregimon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Intxixu Porregimon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anak Selby went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anak Selby in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Intxixu Porregimon saved Mexilhão F. C. from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Anak Selby put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Intxixu Porregimon. In the 81st minute Pedrão Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tonio Bergada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Tonio Bergada managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Mexilhão F. C.'s Pedrão Mello fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexilhão F. C.'s goalkeeper Intxixu Porregimon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Begu Ganjang's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Manuel Aurelianu in the 85th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Arif Nihat Tekin heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernesto Félix during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ernesto Félix kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Mexilhão F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Anak Selby came free, but Intxixu Porregimon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anak Selby scored 5-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Intxixu Porregimon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
