With a left leg Tonio Bergada saved Begu Ganjang from getting behind. 16 minutes into the match, Anak Selby notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of PS Gunung Sindur's Kahar Suseno. Kahar Suseno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tonio Bergada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens Billberg in the 20th minute of the match. Tonio Bergada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Coky Sugandi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, PS Gunung Sindur's goal looked a bit too open when Anak Selby came free, but Kahar Suseno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind PS Gunung Sindur's goalkeeper Kahar Suseno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Humberto Motta hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th match minute, PS Gunung Sindur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Coky Sugandi to maneuver through the defense. Kahar Suseno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anak Selby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Belcho Drúndev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Begu Ganjang were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after PS Gunung Sindur's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Manuel Aurelianu took the corner. The supporters of PS Gunung Sindur booed when Begu Ganjang was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Aurelianu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tonio Bergada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens Billberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 96th minute, Ponaryo Mangindaan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Begu Ganjang fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6.
