Lucio Afonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wu Qi in the 21st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Antonio Bernard managed to get in a good position for a shot. TALLERES DE CBA's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonio Bernard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vince Di Cola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Samurai's attentive Morgan Vassenius managed to snatch the ball when Ariel Flores made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. In the 28th minute Wu Qi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Afonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Josué Braga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vince Di Cola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Oxarra in the 35th minute of play. Samurai's Vince Di Cola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Bernard in the 37th minute of play. Lucio Afonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wu Qi in the 41st minute of play. In the 64thth minute of the game Antonio Bernard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Samurai's Vince Di Cola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Samurai's attentive Morgan Vassenius managed to snatch the ball when Ariel Flores made a throw-in in the 66th minute of the game. 67 minutes into the match, TALLERES DE CBA's goal looked a bit too open when Wu Qi came free, but Lucio Afonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wu Qi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucio Afonso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Ronaldo Pika put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Vince Di Cola. 89 minutes into the match, Samurai's Wu Qi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucio Afonso narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
