Vicente Varela could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Sébastien Marionneau made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Astral Roots Gdynia's Sylwester Hajduk got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute, Gilbert Oliszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Adriano de Brito sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sébastien Marionneau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Osvaldo Shantala took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Sébastien Marionneau to make any attempt to save it. Emerson Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Co Wielaert in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Lopes Vea was substituted for Armando Arce. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Co Wielaert to strike the kick off in the second half. Sébastien Marionneau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sydney Quirino in the 54th minute of play. Osvaldo Shantala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernard Walczak hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Sylwester Hajduk was shown his second yellow card after 66 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Sébastien Marionneau was left in no man's land by his defense there! CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Astral Roots Gdynia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luiz Bizet took the corner. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osvaldo Shantala in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sébastien Marionneau saved Astral Roots Gdynia from getting behind. Sébastien Marionneau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Shantala in the 95th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the game, Benedykt Jarosiewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Astral Roots Gdynia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ the free kick. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
