In the 12th minute, Tiberiu Caramarin made a precise shot to the right of Claus Himschoot. PomeziaRamblers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Claus Himschoot successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Claus Himschoot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 17th minute of play. MIT's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mihăiţă Ilarie in the 18th minute. PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Tiberiu Caramarin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MIT fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 25th minute of play forced PomeziaRamblers's goalkeeper Claus Himschoot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiberiu Caramarin got free with Claus Himschoot in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raphael Varan's late challenge caught a MIT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raphael Varan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of MIT booed when PomeziaRamblers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Varan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claus Himschoot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, PomeziaRamblers's Bruno Scibilia got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 34thth minute of the game Tiberiu Caramarin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 36th minute Kuido Suursaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calistrat Madgearu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claus Himschoot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiberiu Caramarin's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. MIT were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after PomeziaRamblers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mihăiţă Ilarie took the corner. Dorin Banu's late challenge caught a PomeziaRamblers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dorin Banu helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, MIT's Dorin Banu got a free kick in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

MIT's attentive Mihăiţă Ilarie managed to snatch the ball when Raphael Varan made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. Claus Himschoot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute, PomeziaRamblers's Bruno Scibilia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Calistrat Madgearu. Calistrat Madgearu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Claus Himschoot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 61st minute of the match. Claus Himschoot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 63rd minute of play. Calistrat Madgearu made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Bruno Scibilia sent off a good shot on target. In the 76th minute, Tiberiu Caramarin made a precise shot to the right of Claus Himschoot. PomeziaRamblers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Claus Himschoot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 85th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiberiu Caramarin in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claus Himschoot saved PomeziaRamblers from getting behind. 88 minutes into the match, PomeziaRamblers's goal looked a bit too open when Tiberiu Caramarin came free, but Claus Himschoot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claus Himschoot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 95 played minutes MIT got a freekick which was hit by David Tunander. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MIT fans cheered their team off the field, for while PomeziaRamblers had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
