After 3 played minutes Strömsbro IF got a freekick which was hit by Hamid Dame. After 12 minutes of play, Strömsbro IF's Charlie Beck made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zdzislaw Domarecki was left in no man's land by his defense there! 15 minutes into the match, Strömsbro IF's Argyris Papapetrou sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zdzislaw Domarecki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zdzislaw Domarecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charlie Beck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19thth minute of the game Charlie Beck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Onyx's Zdzislaw Domarecki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Strömsbro IF's Georg Glad managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eugeniusz Bugajski in the 21 minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Wojciech Barycz took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Rıza Vuralhan to make any attempt to save it. Argyris Papapetrou blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zdzislaw Domarecki having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Argyris Papapetrou in the 28th minute of play forced Onyx's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Domarecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zdzislaw Domarecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Argyris Papapetrou in the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Strömsbro IF's Tommy Asklöv got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute, Wojciech Barycz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rıza Vuralhan. The goal made the score 2-1. In the 36th minute Argyris Papapetrou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdzislaw Domarecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Onyx's Zdzislaw Domarecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Argyris Papapetrou in the 37th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Argyris Papapetrou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zdzislaw Domarecki was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. The Strömsbro IF fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Strömsbro IF's Argyris Papapetrou looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 44th match minute, Strömsbro IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mao Jun Yun to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Onyx getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Eugeniusz Bugajski hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Onyx's Piotr Zahemski was substituted for Wojciech Barycz. Argyris Papapetrou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Zdzislaw Domarecki made a huge save. Argyris Papapetrou in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zdzislaw Domarecki, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 56th minute Strömsbro IF were awarded a corner. Mao Jun Yun went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Strömsbro IF's Hamid Dame getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Argyris Papapetrou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 63 minutes into the match, Onyx's goal looked a bit too open when Charlie Beck came free, but Zdzislaw Domarecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Şahap Cezar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Onyx's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Strömsbro IF the free kick. After a rather tough play, Onyx's Şahap Cezar got a free kick in the 66th minute. The long shot by Mao Jun Yun in the 67th minute really tested Zdzislaw Domarecki's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Rıza Vuralhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şahap Cezar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zdzislaw Domarecki was a little too slow when Argyris Papapetrou got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charlie Beck in the 78th minute of play forced Onyx's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Domarecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Onyx's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mao Jun Yun was slow to take the kick. During this time Strömsbro IF's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Strömsbro IF's corner Mao Jun Yun fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zdzislaw Domarecki quite easily take care of the ball. Eugeniusz Bugajski kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Onyx's Zdzislaw Domarecki got control of the ball when Argyris Papapetrou tried to sneak it across the goal line. Strömsbro IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mao Jun Yun in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Argyris Papapetrou recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zdzislaw Domarecki. Argyris Papapetrou showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Argyris Papapetrou got free with Zdzislaw Domarecki in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Strömsbro IF's Argyris Papapetrou slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zdzislaw Domarecki. That made the score 2-5 after 97 minutes of play. Strömsbro IF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
