Ronan McCunns short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Nilson do Vale to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Ronan McCunn managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Huns's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronan McCunn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nilson do Vale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nilson do Vale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ronan McCunn went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Claudinei Nascimento made in the 24th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by The Huns's George Ghionea. If Ronan McCunn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 25 minutes into the match, Bandelocos's goal looked a bit too open when Ronan McCunn came free, but Nilson do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilson do Vale stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronan McCunn's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. In the 33rd minute Ronan McCunn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronan McCunn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 35 minutes into the game, Claudinei Nascimento was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bandelocos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Huns the free kick. Nilson do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronan McCunn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinei Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronan McCunn in the 40th minute of play forced Bandelocos's goalkeeper Nilson do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Ronan McCunn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nilson do Vale. Bandelocos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronan McCunn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Nilson do Vale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Huns. The audience was convinced that Alnis Ragainis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vintilă Murgu was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ronan McCunn made the kick off in the second half. The Huns's George Ghionea managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Claudinei Nascimento in the 66 minute of the game. Ronan McCunn blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nilson do Vale having to make a save. 73 minutes into the game, Ronan McCunn cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Nilson do Vale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vintilă Murgu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alnis Ragainis in the 78th minute of play. Nilson do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andre Huyterhoeven in the 85th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Ronan McCunn made a precise shot to the right of Nilson do Vale. Bandelocos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. The Huns's Ekber Merdan was substituted for Ronan McCunn. The Huns were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bandelocos for a fine match.
