The crowd rose to their feet as Peter Santos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tobias Osoro. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Boquenses's Tobias Osoro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Boquenses from getting a goal against them. A well-hit corner resulted in Șerban Bărbânță heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. With a little luck, Boquenses's Tobias Osoro got control of the ball when Peter Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Boquenses's Tobias Osoro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Boquenses from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peter Santos got free with Tobias Osoro in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd minute Gregorio Tirso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Márcio de Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Márcio de Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorio Tirso, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

Boquenses's Teobaldo Oier was substituted for Rodrigo Ferdinand. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicolas Sancho was the one to do the kick off. Boquenses's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. When Nicolas Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Boquenses fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Sancho couldn't finish the play. Márcio de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Oier in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Teobaldo Oier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Márcio de Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Boquenses's goal looked a bit too open when Cido Recife came free, but Tobias Osoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Cido Recife left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Samurai Champions FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. A collision led to Samurai Champions FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. After a rather tough play, Samurai Champions FC's Elpidio Bidun got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Nicolas Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Márcio de Brito. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolas Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Samurai Champions FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Boquenses had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
