After having played for 12 minutes, Saturnino Romo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Saturnino Romo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Saturnino Romo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of East Telde United's Llorenc Silvestre. Llorenc Silvestre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the East Telde United defense, Saturnino Romo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Llorenc Silvestre. The East Telde United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Llorenc Silvestre should have stopped the shot. A collision led to East Telde United getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Joaquin Flores hit a great ball. In the 27th minute ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ were awarded a corner. Tobias Xacintu went to the cornerflag to take it. 32 minutes into the match, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Saturnino Romo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Llorenc Silvestre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mats Liljeström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Llorenc Silvestre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Romo in the 46th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Saturnino Romo to make the kick off. East Telde United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 71 minutes into the game, Eron Abasalo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. East Telde United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ the free kick. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Ezequiel Lavezzi was substituted for Mats Liljeström. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ made a substitution. Jerzy Marchefka replaced Saturnino Romo. In the 72nd minute, Eron Abasalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Llorenc Silvestre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Leo Bikendi managed to get in a good position for a shot. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s supporters rose to their feet, but Leo Bikendi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Llorenc Silvestre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute, Jerzy Marchefka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Llorenc Silvestre was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
