Flavio Peter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelio Garaile in the 16th minute of play. After 23 played minutes, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Blagoy Doro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hector Pedroso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. In the 25th minute Karl-Michael Brask shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Pedroso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Paul Stoian almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tiburones Pacufantásticos's Hector Pedroso did a great save. A collision led to Batalionul U23 Dorobanti getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Blagoy Doro hit a great ball. The supporters of Batalionul U23 Dorobanti booed when Tiburones Pacufantásticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Acosta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Tiburones Pacufantásticos's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Michael Brask came free, but Hector Pedroso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roque Acosta made a kick off. Karl-Michael Brask sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Karl-Michael Brask had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Flavio Peter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Garaile, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's zone, Donato Quinto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Peter came out of the goal and Donato Quinto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60thth minute of the game Roque Acosta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Flavio Peter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Karl-Michael Brask sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hector Pedroso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xerxes Doro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Pedroso having to interfere. The supporters of Tiburones Pacufantásticos booed when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ovidio Bartoleme in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Peter saved Batalionul U23 Dorobanti from getting behind. In the 87th minute of the match Tiburones Pacufantásticos got a corner. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Diego Rafe ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Diego Rafe almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Flavio Peter did a great save. Hector Pedroso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Michael Brask in the 89th minute of the match. Tiburones Pacufantásticos's Hector Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Michael Brask in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Emanuel Orlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Brask in the 95th minute of play forced Tiburones Pacufantásticos's goalkeeper Hector Pedroso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
