Yuri Loureiro came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by 61 PIMMS FC's Hao Yan Ying. But to his dismay, Hao Yan Ying quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 61 PIMMS FC's Mehmet Ediz Ulutay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredinho Aparecido in the 28th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Minuano's zone, Nusrettin Tanaltay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yuri Loureiro came out of the goal and Nusrettin Tanaltay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute, Hao Yan Ying reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Yuri Loureiro. The goal made the score 2-2. Alfredinho Aparecido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Mehmet Ediz Ulutay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Ediz Ulutay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfredinho Aparecido went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Selman Özçelik to strike the kick off in the second half. Yuri Loureiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hao Yan Ying, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yuri Loureiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hao Yan Ying in the 54th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Atlético Minuano's Mehmet Ediz Ulutay threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alfredinho Aparecido, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
