In the 5th minute Americo Olivar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Van Dyck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uggeløse SIK's attentive Gorm Jattu managed to snatch the ball when Borys Jarocewicz made a throw-in in the 7th minute of the game. 10 minutes into the match, FCSB CUENCA's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Wenike came free, but Berenguer Tolosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Van Dyck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcio Carreira in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, FCSB CUENCA's goalkeeper Berenguer Tolosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Asmund Rundkvist. Asmund Rundkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Berenguer Tolosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Berenguer Tolosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Asmund Rundkvist went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 18th play minutes Carlos Pujol shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Gabriel Van Dyck and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Asmund Rundkvist in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Berenguer Tolosa saved FCSB CUENCA from getting behind. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by FCSB CUENCA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sigfried Pilgaard was slow to take the kick. During this time Uggeløse SIK's players had a chance to rest. Gabriel Van Dyck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Francisco Sanches, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Wenike in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Berenguer Tolosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 41 played minutes FCSB CUENCA got a freekick which was hit by Borys Jarocewicz. The audience thought a goal was coming when Asmund Rundkvist got free with Berenguer Tolosa in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute, Kong Yu Xi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 47 minutes, Kong Yu Xi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uggeløse SIK and the FCSB CUENCA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th match minute, Uggeløse SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kong Yu Xi to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcio Carreira was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Borys Jarocewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 52 minutes into the match, Uggeløse SIK's Asmund Rundkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Berenguer Tolosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Narciso Eskuin kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, FCSB CUENCA's Gabriel Van Dyck threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcio Carreira, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Berenguer Tolosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Wenike, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Asmund Rundkvist sped through FCSB CUENCA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Berenguer Tolosa. Uggeløse SIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Asmund Rundkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the match, FCSB CUENCA's goal looked a bit too open when Asmund Rundkvist came free, but Berenguer Tolosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Van Dyck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Pujol, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Gabriel Van Dyck made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Francisco Sanches in the 85th minute. Marcio Carreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Gabriel Van Dyck made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Holger Brandhøj ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Berenguer Tolosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Berenguer Tolosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asmund Rundkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
