In the 4th minute, Nando Cando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pablo Solari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Olo Uriarte made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Pablo Solari kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Olo Uriarte. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Freddy Mercurio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilesindo Tarapiella in the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miliano Roza in the 11th minute of play forced Crottos Crotters F.C.'s goalkeeper Freddy Mercurio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olo Uriarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peng Xiong in the 20th minute of the match. Adilson Breckenfeld succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 21st playminute. Pablo Solari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olo Uriarte having to interfere. Olo Uriarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Paublo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Caaguazu's goalkeeper Olo Uriarte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adilson Breckenfeld. Olo Uriarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peng Xiong in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Frederico Freijo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olo Uriarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peng Xiong in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Caaguazu's goal looked a bit too open when Peng Xiong came free, but Olo Uriarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Mateo in the 40th minute of play forced Caaguazu's goalkeeper Olo Uriarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Caaguazu's Miro Olivos got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Baldomero Mateo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gilesindo Tarapiella was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Gilesindo Tarapiella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Mercurio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Szilveszter Puja was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. Szilveszter Puja kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Freddy Mercurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miliano Roza in the 55th minute of play. After 62 minutes, Herminio Seguinus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Crottos Crotters F.C. and the Caaguazu players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd match minute, Crottos Crotters F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Seguinus to maneuver through the defense. Caaguazu's Gabriel Labiada was substituted for Nando Cando. Herminio Seguinus hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Caaguazu's goal looked a bit too open when Peng Xiong came free, but Olo Uriarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 3-0 became the score in the 72nd minute when Peng Xiong elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Caaguazu's Juango Camposa got a free kick in the 76th minute. Frederico Freijo kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Baldomero Mateo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olo Uriarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Gartzea in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Caaguazu's goal looked a bit too open when Peng Xiong came free, but Olo Uriarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peng Xiong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Baldomero Mateo got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
