Mugurel Zota was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ricardo Temporal. Cercadinho's Edmundo Aparecido was substituted for Ulf Bergqvist. A collision led to Cercadinho getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Jailson Mazza hit a great ball. Austral FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
