The Hoberg United fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Hoberg United's Cintya Palacios looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Balázs Sebes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. In the 9th minute, Hoberg United's Balázs Sebes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Balázs Sebes took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 15 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Balázs Sebes. 15 minutes into the game, Balázs Sebes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Balázs Sebes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. 19 minutes into the match, Balázs Sebes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Balázs Sebes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Hoberg United's Cintya Palacios got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hoberg United's Mario Rui quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alex Chicote, made in the 24th minute of the game. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Balázs Sebes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cintya Palacios in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mario Rui in the 30 minute of the game. Hoberg United's Mario Rui quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alex Chicote, made in the 31st minute of the game. The throw-in from Mario Rui in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Balázs Sebes made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balázs Sebes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Louis Bullock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Hoberg United's Dida Martins got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th minute, Balázs Sebes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Hoberg United's Cintya Palacios in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Hoberg United's attentive Mario Rui managed to snatch the ball when Alex Chicote made a throw-in in the 67th minute of the game. In the 69th minute Cintya Palacios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balázs Sebes, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balázs Sebes in the 78th minute of play. Balázs Sebes struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hoberg United. Hoberg United made a substitution. Jimmi Imtiaz replaced Randy Bastard. 88 minutes into the game, Alex Chicote threw the ball into play from the sideline. Hoberg United's Claudio-Paul Pirinchev quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hoberg United's Cintya Palacios. But to his dismay, Cintya Palacios quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Hoberg United's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
