Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Serge Schophuis took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Daniel Zorita put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Edwin Helwig. After 7 played minutes Beetje Moe Re-United got a freekick which was hit by Barry Zandberg. 8 minutes into the match, Beetje Moe Re-United's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Edwin Helwig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roland Kleiker hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Edwin Helwig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 10th minute of play. Edwin Helwig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin Helwig having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Beetje Moe Re-United's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Edwin Helwig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Schenning recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 25 played minutes Beetje Moe Re-United got a freekick which was hit by Jan Schenning. In the 26th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Helwig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Overmars during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Beetje Moe Re-United getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Alex Overmars hit a great ball. Edwin Helwig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 34th minute of the match. Alex Overmars kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho scored 0-3 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edwin Helwig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edwin Helwig didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 55th minute of the match Beetje Moe Re-United got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roland Kleiker ran over to the corner to take the kick. Beetje Moe Re-United's Roland Kleiker was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. After 67th play minutes Cristian Sancho shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Edwin Helwig and just under the crossbar into goal. Barry Zandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Edwin Helwig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 77 played minutes Beetje Moe Re-United got a freekick which was hit by Jan Schenning. 79 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Edwin Helwig was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 89 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edwin Helwig narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 95 played minutes Beetje Moe Re-United got a freekick which was hit by Barry Zandberg.
