Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gwidon Patora took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marcos Lama came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gwidon Patora in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. In the 12th minute Veth Crystals were awarded a corner. Song Xing went to the cornerflag to take it. Veth Crystals's Marcos Lama played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 14th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Lama read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos-Armando Valderrama in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Carlos-Armando Valderrama had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos-Armando Valderrama was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwidon Patora in the 24th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Chile's Mariano Lacasa in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Veth Crystals's goalie prevented a goal. Marcos Lama showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 32nd minute of the match. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Lama read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Lama having to make a save. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwidon Patora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. Marcos Lama took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Veth Crystals's goalkeeper Marcos Lama had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. In the 59th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Lama saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos-Armando Valderrama in the 61st minute of play. The supporters of Chile booed when Veth Crystals was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iwan Zieba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Veth Crystals's Erik Persson got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Veth Crystals's Nedas Jameikis was substituted for Alejandro Bullon. Veth Crystals made a substitution. Sebastian Wierzchowski replaced He Lin Di. With a little luck, Veth Crystals's Marcos Lama got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Marcos Lama made a huge save. 80 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcos Lama narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marcos Lama made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. After 87 minutes, Erik Persson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Veth Crystals and the Chile players grew even worse after the yellow card. With his leg Marcos Lama managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Chile's Mariano Lacasa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 92nd minute Gwidon Patora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Veth Crystals's Carlos-Armando Valderrama nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Veth Crystals's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
