When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manoel Fraile to make the kick off. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Ilixo in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chile's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Romulo Esiquio was slow to take the kick. During this time Ψ S.F 25 de Mayo Ψ's players had a chance to rest. Lautaro Morales was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Mariano Lacasa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mariano Lacasa really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Morales read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. The Ψ S.F 25 de Mayo Ψ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. In the 89th minute, Jose Manzanedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute He Song shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers He Song in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind.
