The corner ended in Gong Ning Hui almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores did a great save. A hard shot 9 in the game by Baldomiro Reynardo from a close distance when the talented Jacobo Nores managed to make a qualified save. Paraguay's players were relieved. Baldomiro Reynardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match Baldomiro Reynardo climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Jacobo Nores. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Baldomiro Reynardo sped through Paraguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Damaso Sotero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Damaso Sotero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Damaso Sotero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. The Furia Calamar fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Furia Calamar's Damaso Sotero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Baldomiro Reynardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Sotero, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baldomiro Reynardo went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Hipolito Manni got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 6-0. 52 minutes into the match. If Baldomiro Reynardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomiro Reynardo in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. Furia Calamar made a substitution. Didi Vargas replaced Conrado Savion. In the 67th minute of the match Furia Calamar got a corner. Paraguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gong Ning Hui ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gong Ning Hui made a great header on Furia Calamar's corner, it was just that Paraguay's Jacobo Nores managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomiro Reynardo in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Gagriel, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Paraguay fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 73rd minute. Penalty! Paraguay:s Jacobo Nores showed great skill when he stopped Niklas Alströmer:s penalty. After 75 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Escribano. 76 minutes into the match, Epifanio Gagriel notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Paraguay's Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paraguay's attentive Hector Covarrubias managed to snatch the ball when Tobias Leheren made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Reynardo in the 81st minute of play. After 84 minutes Paraguay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gong Ning Hui who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Niklas Alströmer heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After some careless play in the Paraguay defense, Baldomiro Reynardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. The Paraguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Nores should have stopped the shot. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Gagriel in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Gagriel came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Epifanio Gagriel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Epifanio Gagriel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. In the 96thth minute of the game Baldomiro Reynardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Furia Calamar's Baldomiro Reynardo in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paraguay's goalie prevented a goal.
