Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raphaël Félicité in the 4th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halil Kiraz in the 5th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Kujawiak Włocławek booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Ksawery Galaska hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Verstraeten received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but Oscar Verstraeten slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. The supporters of Kujawiak Włocławek booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Kujawiak Włocławek's Raphaël Félicité dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 16th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Alcocer to maneuver through the defense. After 17 played minutes Raphaël Félicité rounded Costa Rica's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. After 24 minutes, Eliseo Noboa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Kujawiak Włocławek players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 24 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. Ethan Smart did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Benito Sanz 25 minutes into the match. In the 28th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Rubio to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ethan Smart showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 29 minute of play. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raphaël Félicité's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Kujawiak Włocławek's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Julian Zakrzewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39th play minutes Ethan Smart shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Benito Sanz and just under the crossbar into goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ethan Smart in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. In the 59th minute, Oscar Verstraeten made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raphaël Félicité, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Ethan Smart notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olaf Kolano, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Kujawiak Włocławek's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raphaël Félicité was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Verstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. The Kujawiak Włocławek fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Kujawiak Włocławek's Ethan Smart looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 12-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
