DE COMERCIO's corner Byrne Hopkins fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marco Day quite easily take care of the ball. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after USA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Seb Gentiletti took the corner. Betão Veiga made a great header on C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's corner, it was just that USA's Marco Day managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cassius Byrne in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Campbell in the 97th minute of play forced C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goalkeeper Alfredinho Gerber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C.U.E. DE COMERCIO throughout the match.
