SG Frimmersdorf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ORLEN SWIERCZEWSKIEGO the free kick. The supporters of ORLEN SWIERCZEWSKIEGO booed when SG Frimmersdorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severin Presser didn't get a good kick on the ball. The coaching staff of SG Frimmersdorf protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Roger Döhler had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SG Frimmersdorf! 21 minutes into the game, Claus Blattner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. But to his dismay, Feliks Mierzwa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jan Mühlfenzl during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. SG Frimmersdorf:s Pascal Röttgen showed great skill when he stopped Arkadiusz Jandryca:s penalty. Pascal Röttgen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliks Mierzwa in the 33rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Jan Mirowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. ORLEN SWIERCZEWSKIEGO's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan Mirowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascal Röttgen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jan Mirowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kacper Jarek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan Mirowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Pascal Röttgen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wolfgang Mikulasch was the one to do the kick off. Jan Mirowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Pascal Röttgen made a huge save. 67 minutes into the game, Jens Waldemann threw the ball into play from the sideline. ORLEN SWIERCZEWSKIEGO's Kacper Jarek quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 74th match minute, SG Frimmersdorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claus Blattner to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, SG Frimmersdorf's goalkeeper Pascal Röttgen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Feliks Mierzwa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wolfgang Mikulasch in the 77th minute of play forced ORLEN SWIERCZEWSKIEGO's goalkeeper Sylwester Czciborek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute Wolfgang Mikulasch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylwester Czciborek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
