Urbano Nerio had in the 64thth minute some difficulties stopping Roger Döhler's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Urbano Nerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wolfgang Mikulasch in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Jacindo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Naranja Mecanica FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SG Frimmersdorf the free kick. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. SG Frimmersdorf were victorious despite being under pressure from Naranja Mecanica FC for much of the match.
