Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Loren in the 3rd minute of play. If Eduardo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 13 played minutes Adrogue FC got a freekick which was hit by Candido Faro. 14 minutes into the match, Bolivia's Mario Fernandino broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Alfredo Ferrant struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Cesar Quin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bolivia. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Francisco Gallo hit a great ball. After 24 minutes, Julio Chicote mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bolivia and the Adrogue FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th minute, Candido Faro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Loren, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Loren in the 33rd minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emilio Fertus was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Emilio Fertus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adrogue FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilio Fertus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Freixa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emilio Fertus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the game, Adrogue FC's Eugenio Loren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Camilo Freixa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfonso de la Cruz during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alfonso de la Cruz hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Adrogue FC's zone, Alfredo Ferrant stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cesar Quin came out of the goal and Alfredo Ferrant tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Bolivia booed when Adrogue FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Sarracino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 77 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Gallo. Eduardo Fontirroig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Cesar Quin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute Adrogue FC were awarded a corner. Milton Cascos went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Milton Cascos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Camilo Freixa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 91st minute, Juan Goi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bolivia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
