Franky Dhondt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Rogério Ceni made a huge save. After 12 minutes Diamante Negro DK - VV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Feliberto Pueblo who took care of the corner kick. Julio Falcioni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Antonelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. When Diamante Negro DK - VV's Willian Félix, in the 16th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Diamante Negro DK - VV. In the 18th match minute, Cardo Ruso Cordobés was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Panpili to maneuver through the defense. José Paulo Mattos made in the 36th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Willian Félix immediately put the ball in play. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goalkeeper Julio Falcioni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The wind increased when Vinícius Servaes made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Marcos Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Julio Falcioni threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vinícius Servaes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 60th minute, Franky Dhondt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diamante Negro DK - VV's Cipriano Tróia was substituted for Frederico Pontes. A collision led to Cardo Ruso Cordobés getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Hilario Tonete hit a great ball. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Diamante Negro DK - VV's goalkeeper Rogério Ceni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rogério Ceni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bennvar Back, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hilario Tonete made in the 76th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Bennvar Back however managed to control. Jerônimo Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 83 minutes into the game, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Bennvar Back nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rogério Ceni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After some careless play in the Diamante Negro DK - VV defense, Bennvar Back kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rogério Ceni. The Diamante Negro DK - VV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rogério Ceni should have stopped the shot. 94 minutes into the match, Bennvar Back had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rogério Ceni. Diamante Negro DK - VV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bennvar Back was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Cardo Ruso Cordobés were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Diamante Negro DK - VV for a fine match.
