Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jan de Vlieger started the match with the kick off. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Jan de Vlieger scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, Jan de Vlieger dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 2-0. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ralph Roeles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 29th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ralph Roeles was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. In the 32nd minute, Jan de Vlieger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ralph Roeles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ralph Roeles came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ralph Roeles having to interfere. Ralph Roeles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 39th minute of the match. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emiliano Caiola took the corner. 61 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Jan de Vlieger came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karel Kimman to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Tomas Illescas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ralph Roeles was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 72 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Mina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Julias Rascals Apeldoorn the free kick. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Venezuela! In the 75th minute there was a penalty for Julias Rascals Apeldoorn. Emiliano Caiola stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. 4-1. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Ralph Roeles made a huge save. 80 minutes into the game, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Jan de Vlieger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. After 87 minutes, Tomas Illescas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Julias Rascals Apeldoorn players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the game, Karel Kimman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. 96 minutes into the game, one of Julias Rascals Apeldoorn:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
