After having played for 3 minutes, Christopher Tham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Måns Änglar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christopher Tham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruno Barrett stood somewhat misplaced when Hélio Azenha came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 4 minute. Hélio Azenha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Bruno Barrett when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Reynaldo Rufio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Davies, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hélio Azenha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harvey Doyle to maneuver through the defense. After 22 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Troy Kennedy. 23 minutes into the match, Måns Änglar FC's Hélio Azenha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Barrett narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bruno Barrett made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Hélio Azenha sent off a good shot on target. Hélio Azenha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Måns Änglar FC. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Rocco Owen got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Måns Änglar FC's Hélio Azenha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bruno Barrett. That made the score 3-0 after 47 minutes of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hélio Azenha to make the kick off. After 54 minutes, Hélio Azenha made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Curacao's Bruno Barrett tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Klas Tisch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélio Azenha in the 60th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Måns Änglar FC's Thomas Åman got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Hélio Azenha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Barrett was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Nils-Åke Sandberg hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Stanley Wallace could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Reynaldo Rufio made a huge save. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Åman in the 73rd minute of play. Thomas Åman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. In the 77th minute Christopher Tham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomas Åman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 6-0 became the score in the 81st minute when Hélio Azenha elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 87 minutes of play, Måns Änglar FC's Thomas Åman made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Hélio Azenha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Barrett was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thomas Åman in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélio Azenha in the 93rd minute of play. Christopher Tham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélio Azenha in the 96th minute of play. Måns Änglar FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
