Igor Neto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Luiz Paulo Cunha struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Merlin Dolan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uno Mille FC. The crowd rose to their feet as Igor Neto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Merlin Dolan. That made the score 3-0 in the 23 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Hoàng Thuy took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Merlin Dolan to make any attempt to save it. Zamalek FC's Merlin Dolan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hoàng Thuy in the 29th minute of play. Merlin Dolan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Merlin Dolan made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Igor Neto sent off a good shot on target. 33 minutes into the match, Zamalek FC's goalkeeper Merlin Dolan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Paulo Cunha. Igor Neto took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Merlin Dolan. Merlin Dolan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. A collision led to Uno Mille FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Igor Neto hit a great ball. Ege Çavuş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hoàng Thuy to strike the kick off in the second half. Otto Ciauri kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malcolm Neal in the 53rd minute of play forced Uno Mille FC's goalkeeper Sílvio Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 54 minutes, Anselmo Navarro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uno Mille FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Navarro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Merlin Dolan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Neto in the 57th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Zamalek FC's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Neto came free, but Merlin Dolan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zamalek FC reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carson Sherrill got free with Sílvio Couto in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 67 minutes, Ege Çavuş mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uno Mille FC and the Zamalek FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ege Çavuş kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Zamalek FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hoàng Thuy came free, but Merlin Dolan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Igor Neto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Merlin Dolan. Merlin Dolan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, one of Uno Mille FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. There was no doubt that Uno Mille FC were the better team. Uno Mille FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
