Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gustav Jansson got the match started through his kick off. Otto Ciauri charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Otto Ciauri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 4 played minutes StraX Xenon FC got a freekick which was hit by Dick Nyström. In the 5th match minute, Zamalek FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lloyd Warren to maneuver through the defense. After 12 played minutes StraX Xenon FC got a freekick which was hit by Per Kjellbom. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dennis Sjöö in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Merlin Dolan saved Zamalek FC from getting behind. Carson Sherrill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Åkerberg having to interfere. StraX Xenon FC's Georg Åkerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carson Sherrill in the 19th minute of play. In the 24th minute, StraX Xenon FC's Gustav Jansson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Malcolm Neal scored 1-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Georg Åkerberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Will Holt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gert Uter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Merlin Dolan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Malcolm Neal to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, Zamalek FC's Will Holt made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Georg Åkerberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Santo Knox fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zamalek FC's protests and gave Santo Knox a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute, Gert Uter made a precise shot to the right of Merlin Dolan. Zamalek FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. In the 74th minute, Paul De La Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute, Will Holt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Georg Åkerberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Malcolm Neal struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Georg Åkerberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zamalek FC. Zamalek FC's Merlin Dolan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Uter in the 88th minute of play. Will Holt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Dennis Sjöö left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The StraX Xenon FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4.
